The Dicey Sex Tip
Introducing Fun Tip Tuesdays, the day of the week where we share fun things that spice up intimacy in marriage or with your significant other. Why are we doing this? There is a lesson here. Because once we started gathering all of these tips, it made some of the Anonymous8 look at sex differently. It is more flirty and fun and can be something that opens up communication with your other about sex and the bedroom. I promise you one thing. If you share some of these stories with your other, it will certainly get a smile or a raised eyebrow with a smirk. Then, who knows? Maybe you’ll try something a little different. Remember, these are all tips and tricks we have done ourselves or we have heard that people have done that may be a little outside the box or a little different.Time to get started.
Fun Tip Tuesday’s inaugural tip is about a dice.
A friend of an Anonymous8 member rolls a dice with her husband every week. Whatever the roll of the dice is, that is the minimum number of times they sleep together that week. Hmmm…. Never thought about dice that way. So, I thought about this a little. (Not really. I thought about this a lot – hence the post.) What I like about this tip is that it is playful and flirty and – I can picture the husband or wife rooting – for different things, maybe, but rooting all the same. And I imagine that the act of rolling the dice just begins to set the mood…
All about Dice
Here’s a little primer on dice. They are varied in shapes, sides, colors, everything. The most important component of dice is that they are isohedrals, which means that all of the faces are the same size and have the same relationships to each other. The standard dice we are all used to is a 6 sided dice. However, there are four-sided, five-sided, six-sided, eight-sided, ten-sided,twelve-sided, and for the very brave, there are even 30-sided and 100-sided dice (and even more). I have seen or had one of each of these, and have rolled a 100-sided dice, but I don’t like the 100-sided dice; it’s hard to read. The thirty-sided dice is about as big as they come where you can realistically read what number is written on the side…

I think this is an awesome idea. Too often our marriages end up in a predictable rut. I think humans need both predictability *and* unpredictability – it keeps things fresh. And this is a fun way to get out of that rut!
Yes, I agree. I like the way you put it – “needing both predictability and unpredictability.” That’s the concept of Fun Tip Tuesdays – to add some things to keep things fresh and a little different. Just wait to see what’s coming in the next couple of weeks! Just thinking about it makes me smile, if for no other reason than the conversations it produces between spouses and friends are always animated.
